- Passes purchased online will be shipped the next business day by United States Postal Service using the delivery address entered for this transaction by the purchaser. Votran hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Orders received after 5:00 p.m. on Friday will be mailed on the following Tuesday.
- Votran does not replace or offer refunds for lost, stolen or damaged Votran passes.
- Votran does not assume responsibility or liability for passes that are lost during shipping.
- Your payment will be calculated to include a convenience charge.
- Use of reduced fare passes will require valid identification at the time of boarding.
