Votran Truck Week route changes

In response to anticipated traffic congestion in conjunction with Daytona Truck Week 2021, some Votran routes will be adjusted June 11-13. Detours will be in effect from 10 a.m. until daily operations end Friday and Saturday and all day Sunday. Riders should expect delays and interruptions of service.

Per the TSA, masks continue to be required onboard buses, while waiting for buses and at Votran facilities. Masks and hand sanitizer are available on all buses. Votran continues enhanced cleaning practices of buses and facilities.

Daytime Service:

  • A shuttle bus will cover State Road A1A between Seabreeze Boulevard and Silver Beach Avenue and across the International Speedway Boulevard (ISB) Bridge. It will connect with buses at the mainland Transfer Plaza and will not enter the Intermodal Transit Facility (ITF).
  • Routes 1, 18 (Inbound), and 19 (Outbound): Buses will use the Seabreeze Bridge and US 1 to and from the Transfer Plaza and State Road A1A. Buses will not serve the ITF.
  • Route 8: Buses will use the Main Street Bridge to and from Halifax Avenue. There will be no service on Halifax Avenue between Main Street and ISB. Route 8 will not serve the ITF.
  • Route 17A/B: Buses will use the Orange Avenue to and from A1A. There will be no service over the Main Street or ISB bridges.
  • Routes 11 and 60: Buses may experience delays near Daytona International Speedway.

Night and Sunday Service:

  • Buses will operate from the mainland Transfer Plaza and will not serve the beachside ITF.
  • A shuttle bus will cover A1A between Seabreeze Boulevard and Silver Beach Avenue and across the ISB Bridge. It will connect with buses at the mainland Transfer Plaza and will not enter the ITF.
  • Route 1: Buses will use the Seabreeze Bridge and US 1 to and from the mainland Transfer Plaza and A1A. The bus will end at Vining Court and Granada Boulevard. There will be no service over the Granada Bridge.
  • Route 3: Outbound from the Transfer Plaza, left on Bethune Boulevard, right on US 1 to regular routing. Reverse for inbound.
  • Route 4: Outbound from the Transfer Plaza, left on Palmetto Avenue, left on Bethune Boulevard, left on US 1 to regular routing. Reverse for inbound.
  • Route 10N: Outbound from the Transfer Plaza, left on Bethune Boulevard, right on US 1, left on Fairview Avenue to regular routing. Reverse for inbound.
  • Route 10S: Outbound from the Transfer Plaza, left on Bethune Boulevard to regular routing. Reverse for inbound.
  • Route 15: Outbound from the Transfer Plaza, left on Palmetto Avenue, right on Bethune Boulevard, right on Beach Street to regular routing. Reverse for inbound.
  • Route 17: Outbound from the Transfer Plaza, right on Palmetto Avenue, left on Orange Avenue, right on A1A, to regular routing. The bus will end at Raymond Avenue and South Atlantic Avenue. There will be no service over the Dunlawton Bridge. Inbound, left on Silver Beach, right on Palmetto Avenue to the Transfer Plaza.

Additional detours may be activated as needed due to traffic conditions. Votran riders are encouraged to plan trips in advance. Learn more at www.votran.org.
